Tom is the President and CEO of Aptitude Software. He has 20 years of Director and Officer level business experience consistently delivering strong annual results with P&L accountability of up to £50m revenue / £15m profit for publicly quoted international software and services businesses through both organic, indirect, and acquisitive growth. He is responsible for driving global growth and financial results at Aptitude Software.

Rajiv Chopra

Rajiv is the Founder of RevStream and now the Chief Revenue Officer of Aptitude Software. He brings 21 years of experience in building successful, capital-efficient, profitable startup businesses. Rajiv has spent 10 years with PwC and KPMG (now BearingPoint) in senior practice management roles. Prior to RevStream, he co-founded Trianz, a mid-sized IT services and solutions company in Silicon Valley, growing it to $30 million in 4 years. Rajiv received his MBA from Texas Tech University.

Mark Flournoy

Mark is an experienced financial controller skilled in all general accounting functions, internal and SEC financial reporting, corporate governance and internal controls, staff management and training, software and SaaS revenue recognition, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, systems implementations for accounting and order to cash areas. He effectively and efficiently managed all record to report functions for all of Intuit closing books in two and a half days while maintaining costs at a Best Practice level. He is a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive status).

Martin Redington

Martin leads the strategy and product management of Aptitude Software’s specialist financial applications portfolio, while equipping the company with a world-class product development capability. Earlier in his career, Martin served as the Head of Finance IT for Greenwich NatWest Bank, empowering the finance team to integrate and transform their accounting capabilities. Martin went on to be Aptitude Software’s first product management director driving the company’s entry into new vertical markets, and – prior to being named CTO – Martin also directed the company’s consulting arm.

Mark Aubin

Mark leads all product development and management efforts and has primary responsibility for solution architecture, strategy, and implementation of the Aptitude RevStream product suite. Mark brings over 18 years of experience in professional consulting and senior IT management across diverse industries including high tech, online media, interactive entertainment, and telecommunications. Prior to joining RevStream, he was the Director of Business Applications at Vivendi Games (now Activision Blizzard), where he led the strategic planning, deployment, and support of global enterprise applications. Mark also spent over 5 years in Big 5 consulting with KPMG Consulting (now PwC) and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (now Accenture) where he specialized in Oracle ERP implementations, business process re-engineering, finance, and supply chain initiatives. Mark received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
