Rajiv is the CEO and Founder of RevStream. He brings 20 years of experience in building successful, capital-efficient, profitable startup businesses. Rajiv has spent 10 years with PwC and KPMG (now BearingPoint) in senior practice management roles. Prior to RevStream, he co-founded Trianz, a mid-sized IT services and solutions company in Silicon Valley, growing it to $30 million in 4 years. Rajiv received his MBA from Texas Tech University.
Robert has over 15 years of experience providing accounting and management advisory services to private and public companies ranging from development stage to Fortune 500 companies working in the software, technology, manufacturing, media and life science industries. Robert assists clients with ASC 606 adoptions, IPO readiness, complex revenue recognition, business combinations, consolidation assessments, restatement support, system implementation, compliance, SEC reporting, as well as supporting client’s M&A on both the buy-side and sell-side. Prior to joining CFGI, Robert was a director in KPMG’s National Accounting Advisory Group providing technical accounting subject matter expertise on complex accounting issues. Prior to that, Robert was also in PwC’s audit practice.
Ram leads RevStream’s client consulting and implementations. He also works closely with the product management team to provide feedback from implementation experiences to further improve and enhance RevStream’s product and solutions portfolio. Ram brings over 13 years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Applications for quote to cash solutions, especially in the areas of order management, revenue recognition, billing, sales, and service contracts. Prior to RevStream, Ram worked as an independent consultant delivering professional services to a variety of large global high tech clients. He also worked as a manager at Accenture where he was part of their global Oracle practice and was staffed at strategic clients like Cisco Systems. Ram holds a Master’s degree in electrical engineering and an MBA from Indiana University. He is a functional lead, subject matter expert, and project manager who delivers many complex projects on time and within budget.
Mark leads all product development and management efforts and has primary responsibility for solution architecture, strategy, and implementation of the RevStream product suite. Mark brings over 17 years of experience in professional consulting and senior IT management across diverse industries including high tech, online media, interactive entertainment, and telecommunications. Prior to joining RevStream, he was the Director of Business Applications at Vivendi Games (now Activision Blizzard), where he led the strategic planning, deployment, and support of global enterprise applications. Mark also spent over 5 years in Big 5 consulting with KPMG Consulting (now PwC) and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (now Accenture) where he specialized in Oracle ERP implementations, business process re-engineering, finance, and supply chain initiatives. Mark received his BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin.
Sirisha leads the Finance Business Transformation group and is based out of Palo Alto, CA. She has 29 years of experience in the high-tech field working in core finance and finance systems areas. Her area of expertise is in large scale ERP implementations with a view to process design and optimizations. She is currently leading the RevStream implementation at VMware. She has an MBA in Finance and has passed the CPA exam. Sirisha is an avid reader and is very interested in learning new systems and processes. She is focused on promoting women’s career development by mentoring and guiding members in direct and extended organizations.
